WHAT TIME IS THE SECOND PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE?

The second presidential debate between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump will take place tonight (Sunday, October 9) at 9:00 P.M. Eastern, live on location from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.

HOW LONG IS THE DEBATE SCHEDULED TO LAST?

The debate is scheduled to last for 90 minutes, concluding at 10:30 P.M. Eastern.

WHO ARE TONIGHT’S PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE MODERATORS?

CNN’s Anderson Cooper and ABC’s Martha Raddatz will moderate the debate.

HOW WILL THE DEBATE BE STRUCTURED?

Unlike the first debate, tonight’s event will be a town-hall style debate. Both Clinton and Trump will be answering questions from the voters.

Yes! Just like the first debate and the vice presidential debate, Twitter is partnering with Bloomberg to live stream the debate. Beginning at 8:30 P.M. Eastern, you can stream the event at debates.twitter.com.

CAN I LIVE STREAM THE DEBATE ON FACEBOOK?

You certainly can. Facebook has partnered with ABC to offer an advertisement-free live stream of the debate.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO LIVE STREAM THE DEBATE ON MY TV?

It is! You can watch tonight’s debate with a number of different devices.

ROKU

You can stream the debate for free on Roku through ABC News, Bloomberg TV (both through Bloomberg TV and via Pluto TV), NewsON, and CBS News channels. You can also watch through CNNgo with a participating pay TV subscription as well as CNN via Sling TV, but a subscription is required.

SLING TV

You can! The future is now as NBC partnered with AltspaceVR to offer the debate in a virtual recreation of NBC’s Democracy Plaza in New York City. Viewers will appear as an avatar and will be able to interact with other users during the debate. If you’re interested, you have to use the AltspaceVR app, which will work with HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, and Samsung Gear VR.
