You will believe a 71-year-old music icon can turn back time. During last night’s Billboard Music Awards, music icon Cher stole the entire ceremony with a pair of performances that proved the legendary performer can still bring it alongside artists a quarter of her age.

Following a performance from Celine Dion, who belted out her epic hit “My Heart Will Go On” to commemorate Titanic‘s 20th anniversary, Cher took the stage and knocked out two of her biggest hits: 1998’s “Believe” and 1989’s “If I Could Turn Back Time.” Not only did Cher dazzle the crowd with those two Billboard hits, she did so while wearing pretty much the exact same outfits she wore in each song’s accompanying video.

Both outfits were classic Cher, including the one she sported during “If I Could Turn Back Time.” The getup was pretty much the exact same black leather and sparkly mesh that she rocked while on board the USS Missouri in the iconic music video.

As Huffington Post noted, even Dion was totally captivated by Cher turning it out.

After wowing the crowd, Gwen Stefani presented the music legend with Billboard’s Icon award. In her acceptance speech, Cher referenced her lengthy career in the music industry, saying: “So, I’ve wanted to do what I do since I was 4 years old, and I’ve been doing it for 53 years. That’s not an applause thing. I’m 71 yesterday. And I can do a 5-minute plank. OK? Just saying.”

She also thanked her mother by recounting some of her advice. “When I was really young my mom said, ‘You’re not going to be the smartest, you’re not going to be the prettiest. You’re not going to be the most talented. But you’re going to be special.”
