The Titans and Jaguars game is scheduled to begin at 8:25 P.M. Eastern.

HOW DO I LIVE STREAM THE JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS VS. TENNESSEE TITANS GAME?

The Titans/Jaguars game is being broadcast on the NFL Network. If you are a cable subscriber and the NFL Network is included as part of your package, you can live stream the game for free through the NFL app on XBox, Apple TV, and Roku.
If you’re a Verizon Wireless customer, you can stream the NFL Network on NFL Mobile, which you can download on iTunes or Google Play.
Cordcutters can watch via Sling TV, whose Blue package carries the NFL Network (more on Sling below).
Another possibility for fans is PlayStation Vue. Subscribers to their ‘Core’ or ‘Elite’ streaming service have access to the NFL Network, though channel lineups vary by region.

Nope. Sunday night, Monday, Thursday, and Saturday games are not part of NFL Sunday Ticket and therefore not eligible for streaming.
