Netflix has released the first official trailer for their forthcoming highly-anticipated British drama series, The Crown. The brand new clip centers on the show’s central subject, Queen Elizabeth II, following her life through the eyes of actress Claire Foy from the time of her marriage in 1947 to present day.

It was recently revealed that the biographical new SVOD original series has been allotted the largest budget from Netflix to date, spending upwards of £100 million (or over $142 million). Created by Peter Morgan, The Crown also stars Matt Smith as the Queen’s husband Prince Philip and John Lithgow as Prime Minister Churchill, both of whom are featured in the trailer. All 10 episodes of the hourlong series will premiere exclusively via the platform on November 4th.

Amazon has greenlit a brand new pot comedy from Bad Santa director Terry Zwigoff titled Budding Prospect. Starring Will Sasso, the Prime Video original series centers around three guys who move to the country to grow marijuana. The script is written by Melissa Axelrod and based on the T.C. Netflix CCO Ted Sarandos recently touted that the streaming platform has “more buying power than anyone in Hollywood” and will double their output of original content. The comments were made at a Royal Television Society event in London in reference to recent claims that Netflix will be restricting creative freedom. [The Hollywood Reporter]

Netflix has released the official trailer for Justin Timberlake’s exclusive concert feature, Justin Timberlake and The Tennessee Kids. Directed by Jonathan Demme and produced by Gary Goetzman, the SVOD original film (which premieres October 12) showcases JT’s final 20/20 Experience World Tour date at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Netflix has posted a featurette dubbed “Street Level Hero Harlem” for Marvel’s forthcoming original series, Luke Cage. The brand new clip features commentary from Method Man and Harlem style icon Dapper Dan, as well as others. All episodes premiere on September 30th:
