It’s Thursday. Which means it’s almost Friday. Which means you can probably get away with slacking a bit during your lunch hour. If you’re in need of something short and sweet to watch at your desk, we have you covered with some Afternoon Delight. This week’s pick is We Have To Move from Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt writer Marlena Rodriguez and web series personality Daniel Shar.
Cursed with a roommate who has never heard of boundaries, Marlena and Dan are eventually forced to come to terms with the unthinkable: search for another apartment. Most city dwellers will suffer through just about anything before succumbing to Craigslist in hopes there’s a light at the end of a very shady tunnel that is the real estate section. Rodriguez and Shar play dramatized versions of themselves over the course of six episodes, each focusing on a new apartment showman — or in the case of Episode One, “Must-See Apartment,” a woman named Lydia (according to their YouTube page, that is her real voice).
